A big hello from primary 5 pupils and teachers at Lochside.

This year P5 teachers are Miss Riach and Mrs Scott with 12 boys and 16 girls.  Next door we have Mrs Smith with 16 boys and 13 girls.

Well, phew! We have had a very busy start to the session so far.  Sports Day was a huge success with Dorward House winning the trophy!

Our project this term is Scotland.  Other projects we will be doing are Which Writer Wins? (more about this later). We’re    also going to be designing and creating our own fabulous shoes in our Technology Project – “Soft Shoe Shuffle”.

Our boys and girls also have a great opportunity to play football for the school under the leadership of Mr Milloy and Mrs Walker.

Much later in the session we will be going swimming one afternoon a week.
